The first property he and his wife, Meg, bought was a small owner-occupy multi-family property in the Congress Park neighborhood. He jumped at the unique situation and transformed the units into livable desirable homes to rent out. The process and experience ignited his interest in real estate and altered their future for the better.

David Williams is a seasoned commercial real estate agent based in Denver, Colorado.  With 5 years of experience in the industry, David has established himself as a trusted advisor and expert in the local commercial real estate market.  Throughout his career, David has worked with a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs, small business owners, and large corporations, to help them achieve their commercial real estate goals. He has a proven track record of success in helping his clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties of all types, including multi-family, land, office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial single and multi-tenant facilities.

Originally from Montréal, Québec, JP moved to Denver in 2010 and now considers Colorado his home. He spent his formative years moving around the Midwest due to his father's career in the auto industry, mostly ending up back in Michigan. No stranger to the moving game, he learned at an early age how to adapt to new places, learning what it takes to move not just locally but across states and countries. JP knows the importance of landing in the right space and is passionate about helping his clients find a place that truly feels like home. Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Brian received his Engineering degree from the University of Arizona while also serving as a Marine reservist. He grew up watching his parents purchase land and develop their own homes, which sparked his interest in real estate and construction. After graduating, Brian started his career in commercial construction as a Project Engineer in Arizona and then as Project Manager and Superintendent in the Austin area. After his time in commercial construction, Brian decided to combine his family's real estate background and his discipline in construction and the military to transition into real estate sales himself. His background brings a vast knowledge of construction, research, and analysis to the residential and commercial real estate market. Brian has worn many hats in his short life so far. He continues to be dedicated to the outdoors, health and fitness, his long-time girlfriend, his family, and clients!

Amy is a Michigan native who moved to Colorado in 2011 after graduating from Arizona State University. She started her career as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Real Estate investment company, which gave her extensive, in-depth experience in real estate from day one. Now, as a licensed Realtor, Amy has built her business on building strong relationships and is completely committed to her clients. She studies the market to stay educated on its current state and thinks creatively during transactions to keep her clients coming out on top. Her work ethic and ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with clients is unmatched in the industry. Prior to working in real estate, Ana Karen spent over a decade in the medical field working as a liaison between patients and physicians in multiple roles. She understands that underneath the surface we all have needs that we long to have met so she strives to help meet those needs in her support role as director of operations for our Denver Group agents. Ana Karen’s real estate journey began when she bought her first property in 2018, and she has been learning and finding creative ways to grow ever since. She is passionate about helping others and looks forward to supporting the team and our clients along their journey. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors, with family & friends or documenting important milestones for people with her photography.

Laura Deluna, Director of Business Development at The Denver Group, brings extensive experience from a successful real estate career in Chicago. Her strategic insights and dedication to client satisfaction have earned her a reputation for excellence. With a passion for driving results and cultivating relationships, Laura is a valuable asset to our team. Outside of work, she coaches volleyball and enjoys culinary adventures and traveling with her family.

Since 2017 she has been diligently working alongside numerous agents, consistently going above and beyond to help them seamlessly get to the Closing table.

Meet Alisia Lane, our imaginative Social Media Strategist. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. Alisia holds a degree in Strategic Communications with a focus in graphic design, complimented by a minor in media studies. Her dynamic and imaginative nature fuels her passion for exploring creative possibilities within The Denver Group. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor escapades, culinary experiments, and cherished moments with her miniature dachshund.

Valerie Sintas works as our Marketing and Administrative Coordinator. Valerie has been working with real estate teams since 2020 and brings a unique blend of professionalism and personality to her teams. She joined The Denver Group in 2023. Beyond her professional life, in the evenings Valerie pursues her passion for Mexican folk dancing. Her friendly personality and unwavering attention to detail shine through in both her professional and artistic endeavors, making her a multifaceted talent!
