5 stars across the board aren't enough. The best thing I can say about Jason is that he was proactive with our home search in the nation's toughest market. We worked with other realtors for about four months and had zero success. When we switched to Jason, we met on a Saturday morning to talk about what we were looking for. He listened to us and explained that we were mostly in the right ballpark but also sort of off. He honed in our focus to a couple neighborhoods that were totally right and we went from there. Two weeks later I got a call at noon to let me know a house popped up on the MLS that looked really good. I wasn't able to leave work so he went to look at the house for me. I got a call at six pm to tell me that it looked great and that we needed to see it ASAP. We were the first potential buyers to see it thanks to Jason's proactive involvement and we put in an offer and went under contract the next. I can say, without a doubt, that we would not have found a house without Jason. The Denver market was and still is absolutely brutal and he found a way to close a deal on a house that has turned out to be perfect for us. We talk about how much we love it every day. On top of his stealth skill and professionalism, Jason is super sweet, understanding and devoted to all around success for all parties involved. Stop searching for realtors, call him immediately and at least experience the first meeting with Jason. You will have zero doubts after it and you will probably be under contract before you know it.

Jason is super down to earth, but still a real professional when it comes to what he does. He was really attentive listening to the needs we had as a couple looking to buy our first home. We had just relocated from the east coast in 2014, and he was really awesome about helping us find a great neighborhood, as well as a great house. Even after we were thinking about putting an offer in, he still showed us a few more to help me feel good about our decision (I'm a super indecisive person!). Fast forward almost 2 years, and we couldn't be happier in the area and home we bought. Jason was very well versed in walking us through the daunting closing process, and we ended up getting the house for around $7k less then asking. He was smart about knowing what to offer and how to negotiate, and pointed me in the direction of great vendors to use for cleaning our furnace and other home maintenance needs. I even loved the guy he recommended for our mortgage needs! He has a real resource of quality vendors that have always exceeded my expectations. I truly recommend his services if you want a real estate agent that you can trust, and isn't just trying to sell you. He really looks out for the buyers needs, and will be honest about the condition and value of different homes. He is also real knowledgable about the different neighborhoods, their amenities, and vibes. If we need to sell or have friends looking to buy, he will be my go to guy for sure!

Jason was a great realtor to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and scouted out several locations and neighborhoods to show me. From there, once I decided on the place I would like to purchase, he was instrumental in negotiating the price with the selling realtor and getting it to a place that both myself and the seller were comfortable with. Following the contract, he was very hands on with the paperwork and inspections that needed to take place, often times suggesting someone he has worked with in the past and had a nice experience with. He was there with me for the home inspection which I really appreciated because he has a lot more knowledge of what to look for and look out for when purchasing a home (given this was my first ever home purchase). Once everything was set and we were ready to close, he would follow up to remind me of deadlines and due dates. Overall, Jason made for a smooth and easy home buying experience. He eased my nerves with his knowledge of the process and operational experience. I would recommend Jason to anyone who is looking purchase a home in the Denver metro area.

He's a true pro! Consultative, responsive, very professional. We just purchased a home in the Rosedale area of Denver. Jason started working with us 18 months prior before our wedding - showing us neighborhoods, helping pick styles, and finding our top choices. I think the fact he was so patient shows he's not after a quick sale. There were multiple homes we found online then during a walk through he said honestly, "I won't let you buy this house." When we were ready to write offers, he gave great tips to help us compete in the current market. He was ALWAYS available for showings or questions (even over the holidays).
