She also has extensive leadership and operations experience within the higher education sector. Driven by curiosity and a passion for growth, Melissa is committed to continuous learning and professional development. She is passionate about cultivating strong relationships and finding innovative solutions. Outside of work, Melissa is a dedicated mom to three kids, including a daughter and identical twin boys. She and her husband enjoy the excitement of a busy family life filled with kids’ sports, hiking, camping, travel, and live music, thriving in the energy and chaos it brings.
