March in Denver is packed with opportunities to explore the city’s best museums, gardens, performances, and historic sites without spending a dime. Below, you’ll find this month’s Free Days, so you can easily plan your calendar.

Wednesday, March 4 | 10AM–5PM

Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave

Free admission is offered the first Wednesday of the month (November 2025–April 2026). Located atop Lookout Mountain, this museum explores the life and legacy of Buffalo Bill Cody and includes access to his gravesite and sweeping mountain views.

Important details:

  • Groups of 10 or more should make a reservation

  • Sign language interpreters or CART services are available upon request through the City of Denver

Molly Brown House Museum

SCFD Free Evening for district residents. Tour the historic home of Margaret “Molly” Brown and learn about her activism, philanthropy, and famous Titanic survival story.

Denver Museum of Nature & Science

Enjoy free admission during this evening event. Explore dinosaur fossils, space exhibits, wildlife dioramas, and interactive science displays.

Molly Brown House Museum

SCFD Free Day with extended daytime access. A perfect opportunity to experience one of Denver’s most iconic historic homes.
