Bridget brings over a decade of legal and business experience to her real estate practice. She has spent over 13 years in the real estate field as an attorney, investor and real estate broker.
In addition to holding her real estate license, she is a licensed attorney in Colorado and Florida. Bridget’s legal and business background compliments her real estate practice, providing her with the expertise to strongly negotiate for her clients, as well as the technical skills to oversee the operational and legal aspects of her transactions and agreements.
Bridget’s passion for working with people to achieve their goals and building strong long-term relationships led her to a career as a real estate broker. Having the opportunity to work with clients over the years as their lives and real estate goals evolve is one of the most rewarding parts of Bridget’s career. When navigating a competitive Colorado real estate market, Bridget’s clients appreciate her breadth of knowledge and experience working deals in tough environments. Bridget is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and earned her Masters in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She began her career in real estate working for a nationally recognized law firm known for being a pioneer and leader in community association law. Throughout her career, she has represented clients, including real estate developers, business and property owners, financial institutions, and individuals in transactional and litigation matters. She also served as in-house counsel, advising on corporate governance, as well as business transactional and operational matters.
Bridget is an animal lover and outdoor adventure seeker who loves to travel and explore the Colorado outdoors with her husband, baby boy and two dogs. She has been visiting Colorado to ski and snowboard since she was a young child and has called the Denver area home for nearly a decade. She believes that one of the best ways to fully enjoy your success is by giving back. Bridget serves as Secretary of the Board for Boulder-based non-profit, Project V.E.T.S. and is passionate about her volunteer work with the Junior League of Denver, her alumni association, and animal rescue organizations in the Colorado area.
