Most of the homes in Congress Park were built in the 1900s-1930s. You will find streets lined with brick bungalows with sleeping porches, tiny tudors, and Denver Squares – popular during this architectural period. Congress Park is just north of Cherry Creek North, so most homes are an easy bike ride or walk to some of the best shopping and dining in Denver. It is just east of the Botanic Gardens, an award winning facility. The park itself contains eight tennis courts, several athletic fields, a children's playground, a picnic pavilion, and one of Denver's public outdoor swimming pools.
